Balloons by J recently opened in McKinney, Business Owner Jeraldina Menjivar said.

The store sells a variety of balloons including latex, foil and more. Customers can choose any balloons from the store to have them filled with helium.

In addition to creating custom balloon arrangements, Balloons by J also sells items for customers to make their own balloon arrangements. Pinatas are also available for purchase.
