Five medical offices that were part of Nashoba Valley Medical Center in Ayer are listed for sale in an upcoming auction.

Nashoba Valley closed last summer in the fallout from the Steward Health Care bankruptcy . The property at 190 Groton St., which is owned by the real estate investment trust arm of Apollo Global Management, has been shuttered for more than a year.
