Hyderabad: BRS MPs KR Suresh Reddy and Divakonda Damodar Rao on Friday lodged a formal complaint with the Election Commission of India, alleging large-scale violations of the Model Code of Conduct by the Congress government in the run-up to the Jubilee Hills by-election .
They urged the ECI to conduct the bypoll directly under the supervision of the Central Armed Police Forces ( CAPF ) to ensure a free and fair election.
