MEMPHIS, Tenn. - A woman accused of killing a pastor and injuring his wife took the stand in her own defense Thursday.
Latoshia Daniels told the jury about her relationship with Memphis pastor Brodes Perry.
"Can you tell the jury what Brodes told you about ethical non-monogamy?" Attorney Lauren Fuchs asked Daniels.
"It is where individuals are able to have multiple relationships, but everyone in the relationship must consent," Daniels replied.
Fuchs continued: "Did Brodes tell you that he had talked to Tabatha (his wife) about ethical non-monogamy?"
"He did," Daniels said.
"Did he tell you Tabatha said she was comfortable with it, but he just hadn't told her about you yet?" Fuchs asked.
"He said that she had given him permission to be open on his side of the marriage," Daniels repli
