A house in Sewell that sold for $875,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Gloucester County in the past week.

The county saw a total of 127 residential real estate sales during the past week, averaging $454,638, or $192 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Oct. 27 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $550K, single-family home at 16 Armitage Court

A single-family residence at 16 Armitage Court in Sewell, has been sold. The price was $550,000. The house was built in 1999 and has a living area of 3,000 square feet. The price per square foot was $183. The deal was finalized on Aug. 12.
