Donations are pouring in for the families of a couple fatally shot in the southern Minnesota town of Hanska earlier this week, allegedly by the woman's ex-boyfriend.

Justin Reinarts, 50, of Hanska, and Tabitha Trescott, 32, of New Ulm, were killed at Reinarts' home early Sunday morning, according to the Brown County Sheriff's Office.

Trescott’s ex-boyfriend, 45-year-old Randy Zimmerman of Courtland, has since been charged with second-degree murder in connection with the shooting.

He’s accused of breaking into their house on Blessum Street West and shooting Trescott in the face before threatening one of her sons, who then called police.
