QUINCY (WGEM) - The City of Quincy Water Department the boil order for all Quincy residents is still in effect on Friday morning, after crews conducted initial testing.

As of 7:45 a.m., the city’s water system is fully operational and running. Officials said additional testing is underway and updates will be shared as soon as results are received by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.
