Hockey Canada has introduced its new jerseys for the upcoming 2026 Olympic Winter Games, which will take place in Milano and Cortina, Italy. The jerseys will be worn by members of Canada’s women’s, men’s, and para hockey teams. Each team will have two uniform options: a white jersey featuring a red maple leaf and a red jersey adorned with a black maple leaf.

The design of the jerseys includes a multi-tone maple leaf crest, which Hockey Canada states is inspired by the appearance of a diamond. This design symbolizes the athletes' capacity to "withstand incredible pressure." The jerseys were created by Nike and were officially presented during a game between Canada’s national women’s team and the United States in Cleveland, Ohio, on Thursday night.

Katherine Henderson, CEO of Hockey Canada, emphasized that the jerseys embody the spirit of Canadian hockey and the enthusiasm that fans bring when supporting their teams.

The 2026 Winter Games are scheduled to begin on February 4, 2026, with the opening ceremony taking place on February 6. The unveiling of the jerseys marks an important step as the teams prepare for the international competition.
