A house in Whitehouse Station that sold for $3.4 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Hunterdon County in the past week.

During the past week, a total of 192 residential real estate sales were registered in the county, with an average price of $706,010, or $256 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Oct. 27 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $1.3 million, detached house at 16 Overlook Road

The sale of the single-family residence at 16 Overlook Road in Whitehouse Station has been finalized. The price was $1,250,000. It was built in 2002 and has a living area of 4,792 square feet. The price per square foot was $261. The deal was finalized on Sep. 26.
