Fifteen years after his three sons (5, 7 and 9) vanished without a trace, John Skelton is slated for release from prison, reigniting memories in a case that's haunted Michigan for over a decade.

According to the Michigan Department of Corrections Offender Tracking Information System, Skelton will be released from the Bellamy Creek Correctional Facility in Ionia on Nov. 29.

His pending release has reignited public outcry and media attention, particularly in Morenci, where the case originated and remains a mystery, and where detectives with the Michigan State Police continue to investigate.
