Davidson appeared by video from Windsor’s South West Detention Centre, where court heard his lawyer is waiting to receive more disclosure in the case. Davidson is to return to court Thursday, when a bail plan is expected to be discussed.
There is a publication ban in place on victims’ identities and any evidence heard in the pre-trial stage.
