A quiz team has been banned from a pub after they were 'caught red handed' cheating.
Owners of The Barking Dog shared the news on social media and stated that the group would be banned from their weekly quiz night.
The pub on Higher Road in Urmston, Greater Manchester, hosts a free quiz night every Wednesday night which is advertised as being conducted traditionally with paper and no phones required.
Posting on the venue’s Facebook page following this week’s quiz night, the owners said they had caught a team cheating following a period of suspicions, MEN reports.

The pub said it has lost custom in recent weeks due to the claims, which were previously unfounded due to a lack of evidence.
