DALLAS — One person was hospitalized after a report of a shooting aboard a train near a Downtown Dallas DART station Friday afternoon, and the suspect remains at large, officials say.
Police responded to a report of a shooting on board a train near Akard Station between Akard and Field Streets shortly after 11 a.m. Nov. 7. One person on board the train was taken to a hospital in unknown condition, and the suspect remains at large as of shortly after 1 p.m., officials say.
"DART Police are actively investigating the incident and working in coordination with local law enforcement agencies to locate and apprehend the individual responsible," DART police said.
The investigation into the incident remains active.
