Tyrrell Hatton cut a fairly frustrated figure during his second round at the Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship on Friday.
The Ryder Cup hero offered for fans to attempt a simple putt before snapping a club when he found a bunker.
The 34-year-old fired a second-round 72 at the HSBC Championship Yas Links and is currently eight strokes adrift of leaders Tommy Fleetwood and Aaron Rai.
Hatton fluffed a seven-foot putt that would have saved bogey on the 11th hole.
He immediately turned around to the gallery and offered his putter to see if anyone would take the next shot.
The golf star said: “Anyone fancy having a go for me?”
