Paddy Pimblett has been 'told a possible date' for his UFC return as rumours of fight with Ilia Topuria continue.

UFC star Paddy Pimblett has made his stance very clear on wanting to fight Ilia Topuria since he dominated Michael Chandler in his last fight to climb up the lightweight rankings.

Last month, Pimblett called for Topuria to 'step up' and sign the contract for a lightweight title bout, having grown frustrated at the lack of response from his bitter rival.

This came before Pimblett declared that he couldn't wait to 'bully' the Spaniard if they come to blows.

Pimblett entered the Octagon after Topuria was crowned the lightweight champion at UFC 317 in June, and the pair continued their war of words that started at a London hotel three years ago.
