A 31-year-old New Jersey man who fired shots at another vehicle and into an occupied residence in Pleasantville last year has been sentenced to 15 years in state prison.
Timothy Townsend-Mobley will have to serve at least 12 years, nine months, before he is eligible for parole, the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office said.
Townsend-Mobley will be on parole for another five years following his release from prison.
Townsend-Mobley was behind the wheel of a Jeep, pursuing another vehicle on Cedar Lane at about 5:30 p.m. on May 16, 2024, when he began shooting, according to prosecutors.
Multiple gunshots went through the wall of a home, though no one inside was hit.
Townsend-Mobley also fired shots that hit the other vehicle. No one was injured.
