Montgomery police say a fifth suspect has now been charged in the mass shooting that happened last month that left two people dead and 12 others injured, some seriously.

Police have charged 22-year-old Ivan Jarvis Floyd with certain persons forbidden to carry a firearm. Floyd was taken into custody yesterday and booked into the Montgomery County Detention Facility.

Unrelated to the mass shooting, Floyd was also charged with:

Robbery First Degree, Theft of Property First Degree, and Theft of Property Second Degree that occurred on September 29 in the 5300 block of Rolind Drive.
