St. Cloud ninth grader Ayden Febres carded a 7-under-par score of 65 to take medalist honors in the Class 3A Region 2 tournament at Royal St. Cloud Golf Links. That continued a stellar streak for the 15-year-old. His total for the last three weeks is minus-22, going back to a 64 in an 18-hole match against Harmony. He followed that with a 71 at the Orange Belt Conference meet and a 6-under score in his district tournament.

And in the midst of his high school season Febres won the boys 13-15 title in the Florida Junior Tour Championship with a 212 total (73-68-71) at Lake
