The leaders of a once prominent steakhouse say they’re planning a comeback with a new revamp, according to QSR Magazine.
Sizzler, the steakhouse chain that once operated 700 restaraunts around the United States and is now down to 74, is currently in the process of updating its stores, according to QSR.
Chief Growth Officer Robert Clark told QSR that the restaurants that have already been remodeled are seeing a sales increase of around 47%.
“We feel like we have a really great brand here,” Clark said to QSR. “And our results have been very solid. We constantly pop up in pop culture. I think what we’re trying to do with the remodel is really stay relevant and have facilities and assets that meet our reputation.
