Thousands of Oklahomans had their SNAP benefits cut off on the first of November. A week later, we still don't know when the government shutdown will end and the food stamp program will be restored.
In spite of the strong community response, with restaurants, food banks, charitable organizations and good neighbors pitching in to help, thousands of Oklahomans are feeling the pinch.
