Kuwait: Elections for the new two-year term of the Bhatkal Muslim Association Kuwait were held on Thursday, during which Hashim Muallim was elected as president, while Fayyaz Ahmed MJ was re-elected as General Secretary.

The election was conducted at the residence of the association’s active member Naufil Naite. Other office bearers elected include Mukhtar MJ as vice president, Abdul Mannan MJ as secretary, Raashid Mohtisham as treasurer, and Mushtaq Shabandri as auditor.

The election meeting began with the recitation of the Holy Qur’an by Hafiz Mayis MJ, followed by the formal commencement of the election process, which was supervised by election commissioners Mushtaq Shabandri and Abdul Mannan MJ.
