Mangaluru : A six-year-old boy sustained serious injuries after being attacked by a stray dog in Bajpe, a rural area of Mangaluru. The incident occurred in Souharda Nagar, which comes under the jurisdiction of the Kandavara Gram Panchayat.
The injured boy has been identified as Ahil, the son of Mohammad Azhar, a resident of Souharda Nagar. According to sources, the incident took place around 7:30 a.m. when Ahil was returning home from the madrasa. A stray dog suddenly attacked him, biting his cheek and hand, leaving him badly injured.
