MYSTIC — The Mystic Cocktail Classic, a four-day festival featuring four "spirited cocktail dinners," kicks off Nov. 7 with a "Liqueur Spirited Dinner" at Via Emilia, followed by a "Gin Spirited Dinner" on Saturday at The Shipwright’s Daughter, a "Rum Spirited Dinner" on Sunday at The Port of Call and concluding with a "Whiskey Spirited Dinner" Monday at The Jealous Monk.

Each evening will kick off with a happy hour and panel discussion, followed by an "intimate dinner" pairing cocktails with inventive menus crafted in collaboration with the featured talent, said Finneas Pryor, vice president and co-founder of the Stonington-based Veritable Distillery in a statement.
