LAS VEGAS (KLAS) -- Men and women who have served in the United States Armed Forces will be honored at the downtown annual Las Vegas Veterans Day Parade.
The celebration, presented by the Veterans Action Group, will begin on Tuesday, Nov. 11, at 10 a.m. at Fourth Street and Garces Avenue, travel north on Fourth Street, and end at Stewart Avenue.
Floats, marching bands, military vehicles, and color guards will take part in the parade to honor veterans and their families.
"It provides an opportunity for our community to come together and express our gratitude to those who have selflessly served our country. This parade is a symbol of our deep appreciation for their sacrifices and a chance to celebrate their bravery," Dixon Keller, the parade spokesman, said.
