Leh: The Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, Kavinder Gupta, on Friday emphasized the Administration’s dedication to fostering a self-reliant and economically empowered Ladakh during a Loan Distribution Ceremony organized by the Sindhu Infrastructure Development Corporation (SIDCO).

Speaking on the occasion the Lt Governor highlighted that achieving the vision of Atmanirbhar Ladakh requires inclusive development, engaging women, youth, artisans, and marginalized communities as active contributors to progress.
