BENNINGTON – Four apartment buildings on Dewey Avenue changed hands this month, sold by members of the Hale family to a rental property management group based in the Wilmington area.
According to real estate sales listed November 3 with the town clerk’s office, Vermont Housing Initiative Fund II LLC (with Jon and Zachary Hale listed with the Secretary of State's office as member-owners) sold an apartment building at 106-08 Dewey Street for $180,000, and another at 408-16 Dewey Street for $460,000.
Both properties were acquired by Corriston-Reed Development Group LLC, which is listed on the Secretary of State’s website as being based in Whitingham.
In addition, a limited liability corporation called Vermont Housing Initiative Fund IV LLC (with Zachary Hale listed as member-owner) sold
