Bloomin' Brands, the parent company of Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba's Italian grill and other restaurant chains in Michigan, is closing a number of restaurants this fall.

The U.S. dining company owns Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba's Italian Grill, Bonefish Grill and Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, according to its website.

While Bloomin' Brands didn't specify where locations are closing, the company said it had already closed 21 restaurants and would not renew the leases for 22 other restaurants, according to a Nov. 6 news release.
