MACON, Ga. — A Macon teen was acquitted of murder in the killing of a 22-year-old at a west Macon apartment , according to court records filed in late October.

The teen, whom we're not naming since he is underage and was acquitted of the charges against him , was charged in the June 5 killing of 22-year-old Marcus Cunningham. He was shot to death at the Autumn Trace Apartments.

Three others were also arrested — Darrell Stanley , Kenio Bibbs and Alfonzo Hyman . Their cases are still pending within the court system.

The teen was charged with malice and felony murder along with aggravated assault, conspiracy to commit armed robbery and first-degree home invasion.

On all counts, the jury found the teen not guilty, according to court records filed on Oct. 24.
