OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - A now-former Bellevue Police officer has been arrested following a child enticement investigation carried out by the Nebraska State Patrol, according to authorities.

Ryan Agustin, 38, of Bellevue, was taken into custody Friday on charges related to the manufacturing of child sexual abuse material.

The criminal complaint, which would include greater details about the alleged actions, was sealed, partly because of Agustin’s law enforcement background, per court records.

In a statement, the Bellevue Police Department said it was notified of potential criminal conduct involving Agustin.
