MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - Madison Metropolitan School District said it closed an investigation into allegations made against two Whitehorse Middle School staff members after concluding the claims against the employees were unsubstantiated.
The alleged sexual assault involving two school staff members and a student was reported to have happened on Oct. 23, the district said.
Madison Police Department said last week that it determined there was no evidence to prove the allegations, and there was actually a significant amount of evidence that directly contradicts the allegations.
MMSD said it determined the claims against MMSD staff could not have happened as it was alleged, so it formally closed its Title IX investigation.
