MADISON, Wis. (WBAY) - A man who formerly worked as the Outagamie County HR Director before he was charged with possessing child sex abuse material is now filing to withdraw his guilty plea in the case.
As previously reported , Adam Westbrook signed a plea deal in September 2024 and agreed to plead guilty to one count of distributing child sex abuse material. He was looking at 5 to 20 years in prison, but with the plea deal, he’s looking at 8 to 12 years, including becoming a registered sex offender.
Westbrook’s plea came after an investigation that netted three other men in Northeast Wisconsin for similar charges: a former Racine County Sheriff’s Deputy, a pet-grooming salon owner, and the pet salon owner’s roommate.
