The Hackettstown boys soccer team’s last sectional title came in 2021 via a penalty shootout win at Bernards.

On the opposite end of the same field as that dramatic championship triumph, the Tigers experienced the other side of a playoff penalty shootout result in the NJSIAA North 2 Group 2 quarterfinal Friday afternoon.
