MONROE COUNTY, Pa. — Students here at Clear Run Intermediate School in Tobyhanna are getting to know the veterans who live in their communities.

Like Private First Class Abby Limani, who is in the United States Army National Guard. She is currently studying international politics at Penn State University.

"My dad was a Marine; he served for 10 years, so it comes in our family to be here and help out with Veterans Day. He's been doing it for years and years, and now it's my turn to take over since I just joined, and now I get to wear this amazing uniform," said PFC Limani.

The guest speakers showed students the different gear and told them about what it takes to serve in the military, even running them through some of the commands.
