One of the best parts of the festive season is taking in all the dazzling holiday lights displayed throughout Ontario.
And under two hours away from Toronto in the enchanting city of Niagara Falls, the annual Winter Festival of Lights is Canada’s largest free outdoor light festival .
The celebration kicks off this month on Nov. 15 with over three million glistening lights, more than 75 light displays, and 21 nights of fireworks.
The festival began back in 1982 as a way to extend what had been a summers-only tourism season in Niagara Falls.
