A case of measles has been confirmed in Nashville for the first time in two decades, according to the Metro Public Health Department .
The Davidson County resident is currently in isolation and has been traveling recently.
The health department is working to identify people who may have come in contact with the measles patient.
The first measles case was confirmed in middle Tennessee in March.
The Hamilton County Health Department has not confirmed any local cases at this time.
