ROCKFORD, Ill. — A new apartment complex is coming soon to downtown Rockford.

On Friday, a ribbon was cut on Nu-State Apartments, a new development at 119 N. Church St. in downtown Rockford. It is said the building will have 35 units when it opens, ranging from studios to two bedrooms.

The building will also include a fitness center, resident lounge, and City Center Market on the ground floor. There will also be parking in a lot north of the building.
