POWELL, OH — The holiday season in Central Ohio is about to sparkle even brighter as the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium prepares to launch the 37th annual Wildlights celebration — a beloved tradition that transforms the Zoo into a glowing wonderland of more than millions of LED lights and festive displays.

Powered by AEP Ohio , the event runs from November 21, 2025, through January 4, 2026 , blending holiday magic with sustainability and the Zoo’s conservation mission. Each year, Wildlights draws hundreds of thousands of visitors and supports the local economy, making it one of Central Ohio’s favorite winter destinations.
