SOUTH WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. — Jay Hiller, a gamer who goes by the name "whiteandnerdytv" on YouTube. Last year, Hiller participated in a charity event called "CivGive2024." He made a commitment to run one mile for every $100 donated to Gamers Outreach, which provides video game consoles to Children's hospitals, such as the Janet Weis Children's Hospital in Danville.

"They have multiple controllers. The kids can play together. They can actually log into their own accounts and play from their accounts at home, so that gives them a little bit of a something, a little way to play a little bit of comfort while they're in their stay during the children's hospital," said Jay Hiller, 30 Mile Runner CivGive2024.
