BLOOMINGTON, Ill. (WMBD) -- Downtown Bloomington is full of art galleries and studios, making the annual Art Walk a perfect time to see the art the community has to offer.

"The thing that's really great about this art walk is it's a conglomeration of a lot of artists in downtown that have chosen to make their studios and their art galleries and our old historic buildings," said Pamela Eaton, owner and curator of Eaton Studio Gallery.

This is the event's 25th year. When they started the walk in 2000, only four artists were a part of it. Now, about a dozen different studios, over 100 different artists' exhibits and 35 public art installations are all within six blocks of each other.
