CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- Virginia Democrats are wasting no time and are getting things ready for next year’s General Assembly after Tuesday’s sweeping win in the state elections.

One of the big pushes expected to come with the next year’s session is gun control legislation, after many bills have faced vetoes from the current administration.
