LAKE TWP. — Lake will host Hudson in the second round of the OHSAA Division II Region 5 Playoffs tonight at Blue Streak Stadium. Kickoff is at 7 p.m.

Fifth-seeded Hudson (9-2) shut out Willoughby South 27-0 in the first round on Friday, Oct. 31 . It was the second shutout in a row and third in four weeks for the Explorers..

Fourth-seeded Lake (7-3) earned a first-round bye. The Blue Streaks opened the season with six straight wins before losing three of their last four games.
