Oregon's starting point guard is making his return to the lineup after suffering an offseason hand injury . Jackson Shelstad, a junior from West Linn, will make his season debut Friday, Nov. 7 in the Ducks' (1-0) second game of the season at Matthew Knight Arena against Rice .
Shelstad, who helped lead the Ducks to the NCAA Tournament round of 32 a season ago averaging 13.7 points per game, did not play against Hawaii on Tuesday in the Ducks' season-opener. The junior broke his right hand during preseason practices and was announced to be scheduled to miss four to six weeks.
