HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) - The discovery of multiple sexual relationships within the Horry County Police Department led to five resignations this week, according to a new report.

Four Horry County police officers — Sgt. Torry Lewis, Det. Don Kobithen, Investigator Kelsey Manemeit and Lt. Misty Gore — resigned Thursday, as well as the director of public information, Mikayla Moskov, as a result of an internal investigation.

HCPD released the cover sheet for that investigation Friday night, which states the HCPD Office of Professional Standards received a report on Oct. 27 of a relationship between Manemeit and Lewis.
