Rhode Island guard Jonah Hinton was the high scorer with 19 points in the game against Tulsa Friday night, Nov. 7, but the Rams fell to the Golden Hurricanes, 82-65, in Alumni Hall at the U.S. Naval Academy in Maryland. Tulsa's David Green, who transferred from Rhode Island, led his team with 14 points. He was 6-for-12 from the floor and 1-for-5 from beyond the arc.
Rams big man Mouhamed Sow had a game-high 8 rebounds, 5 of them on the offensive end of the floor. Rhode Island guard RJ Johnson had 4 assists and Tyler Cochran managed 3 steals.
