The Kingston Frontenacs’ losing streak hit six games with a 2-1 loss to the defending Memorial Cup champion Knights in London Friday night.

Doubtlessly, this was the toughest defeat in a skid.

Through 40 minutes, the game was tied, but the Frontenacs had outshot the hosts 22-20 and had the better scoring chances. Going into the second intermission, the visitors had to like their chances of getting at least a point and maybe two, which would get them off the schneid.
