Feeling a sudden shift in momentum nearly halfway into the second quarter of Friday's 2A/1A West region first round game against Owings Mills, Collin Delauter looked at the line judge closest to him and called for a timeout.

With 7:21 remaining in the first half, the normally even-keeled Delauter went out toward his players, ready to plead with his team to make a stop after watching his defense surrender three big plays to the Golden Eagles, who were marching into Middletown territory.
