St. Andrew’s plans to add K-8 school in Middletown

Middletown Town Council next month is expected to annex 125 acres where St. Andrew’s School wants to build a new lower school for day pupils.

The initial proposal, which would let the school use town services, won hearty endorsements from council members, including Mayor Kenneth L. Branner Jr.
