BENGALURU: The Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA) is planning to set up waste kiosks in various parts of the city to address the issue of littering and improper waste disposal. The kiosks will be managed by marshals who will ensure that people dispose of waste properly.

The initiative aims to prevent people from throwing waste on the streets and to promote proper waste disposal practices. Additionally, the GBA is planning to call for new tenders to address the issue of garbage autorickshaw problems. Many areas in Bengaluru have reported a lack of waste autos, making it difficult for residents to dispose of waste.
