UK households face having to tear down £20,000 garden sheds after a council ruling. One couple has been told to tear down the garden shed - but they have defiantly said they will NEVER let them win because they have got a clever plan.

Catherine Curran and her partner Martin Keyes installed the building in their garden nearly four years ago. But last year council planners refused retrospective planning for their 2m outbuilding.
