JAMESTOWN — One person was sentenced recently on felony charges in Southeast District Court in Jamestown.

Aaron Michael Kratz, 43, Fullerton, North Dakota, pleaded guilty to fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and possession of drug paraphernalia, Class C felonies, driving while license/privilege is suspended or revoked, a Class A misdemeanor, and reckless driving, a Class B misdemeanor.

Kratz was accused of failing or refusing to bring the vehicle he was driving to a stop or fleeing or attempting to elude a pursuing police vehicle or peace officer after being given a visual or audible signal to bring the vehicle to a stop after committing a felony, possessing one or more syringes used with methamphetamine, operating a vehicle while his operator’s license is suspended or revo
